1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wallpaper Seeker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Wallpaper Usage Rights

Wallpapers provided through the App are licensed for personal use only. You may:

• Download wallpapers for personal use on your devices
• Set wallpapers as backgrounds on your iPhone, iPad, or other personal devices

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, or license wallpapers to others
• Use wallpapers for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of any wallpaper content
• Remove any watermarks or attributions

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws while using the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to wallpapers, graphics, text, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
